Paula is the founder of Float and gather ehf. where she helps internationally-minded companies, entrepreneurs and artists to strategize and execute on their go-to-market and growth initiatives between North America and Europe. She is also a speaker and MarComm executive and a founder at WomenTechIceland.
Paula previously served as Head of Brand & Communications at Men&Mice, CMO at Greenqloud, Board Member at CLARA and Principal at Frumtak Ventures. She also served as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Fulbright Commission Iceland.
